Freezing hotel rooms and sauna out of order during our stay. The staff didn't seem to care about our complaints and didn't offer any solutions.

The location of this hotel was amazing as it was situated near the city center of this beautiful city and I could easily access the necessary transport to move around. The hotel facilities were great with a refreshing pool, relaxing sauna and a blissful hot tub. The staff members were friendly, helpful, and always greeted me with a smile. The hotel was exceptionally clean and tidy.

We absolutely loved our stay at this luxurious hotel! The location in the center of the city with a magnificent view of the mountains was just breathtaking. Everything in this place has been recently renovated and it was evident in every aspect of our stay. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and had a beautiful design. The spa zone with a fitness room, sauna, and outdoor swimming pool was the perfect place to relax and unwind after a long day. The staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring that our every need was taken care of. And the food! Oh my goodness, it was the best we've had in a long time. The variety of dishes for breakfast and dinner was outstanding. We truly had a phenomenal experience here.

The hotel was conveniently located, just a short walk from the charming town center and its amenities. The room was clean and spacious, with modern decor and a comfortable bed. The breakfast was satisfactory with a variety of foods to choose from. The lounge and pool area were peaceful and relaxing, with nice chairs and loungers to relax on.

The staff were uninterested and unfriendly, with little to no willingness to help or answer questions. It was clear they were not invested in the guests' experience, which left much to be desired.

During my New Year's stay at this hotel, I was blown away by the excellent facilities and friendly staff. The location was perfect, being close to the town center and within easy reach of local ski lifts. The spa facilities, including the sauna and pool, made my stay that much more relaxing. I especially enjoyed the free bus passes for local buses, which made exploring the surrounding area so much easier.

One aspect that could have been improved was the lack of tea making facilities in the room. while the ski depot was decent, I felt that it could have been better equipped with a heated ski boot rack to dry out wet boots.
